Wati Nyiru rock

Wati Nyiru can be seen here in hybrid form as the two tall boulders flanking the cave entrance. Wati Nyiru was filled with lust when he found out the sisters were trapped in the cave. Part of him detached and rushed into the cave towards the younger sisters. The oldest sister took her siblings and fled through the back of the cave. Photo: Kimberlee Newman, University of New England
