Claudia Yayimpi Lewis

Claudia Yayimpi Lewis was born in 1979 and lives in Papulankutja community. She is new to making tjanpi baskets and sculptures and her first encounter with the art form was when she participated in the 2015 workshop at Kuru Ala during which Seven Sisters Are Flying was made.

Miriam Iwana Lane

Miriam Iwana Lane was born in 1971 in Warburton and is new to creating tjanpi sculptures. The 2015 Seven Sisters Are Flying workshop at Kuru Ala was the first time she has participated in tjanpi activities.
